Compethic started in Oslo with an observation from years of running product at Norstat: reviews, support mail, call recordings and surveys sit in five systems, and the decision about what to fix is still made on gut feel. We built Compethic to change that, and gathered a board and investors from Schibsted, Norstat, Opera, Telenor and McKinsey to keep us honest about what a business can actually act on.
